Project Management

We have managed many complex projects, using flexible project management techniques:

. Overseeing the commissioning, research review and drafting of the Chief Medical Officer's Report on Physical Activity and Health, for the Department of Health.

. Producing Walk in to Work Out - a national evidence-based workplace resource on walking/cycling to work, on behalf of the Department of Transport Local Government and the Regions, and the Department of Health.

. Organising a major national conference for Directors of Public Health, for the Department of Health.

. Managing the Autumn 2002 Walk to School Week, including securing commercial collaboration, on behalf of Living Streets (formerly the Pedestrians' Association).   

. Working with the Government Office for the North West and Wirral MBC and PCTs to secure funding from the New Opportunities Fund for a regional health and physical activity co-ordinator.
